  • Advertising & Sponsored Placements: Businesses may purchase advertising space or sponsored positions within the directory and on the website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SharpFinders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms, which we may revise at any time by posting the updated version on this page.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Listing Submissions

Listings do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by SharpFinders of the listed business, its services, or its quality of work.

5. Paid Services & Billing

All paid services (featured listings, subscription plans, and advertising) are billed in advance. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms and policies.

Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion. If a paid listing or ad is removed due to a violation of these terms, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, collect, or extract data from the website without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website content without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property
